We used 2 onions, 6 cloves of garlic a few baby bell peppers, some fresh spinach some chopped broccoli and some corn, and a couple of potatoes. Sauteed it up added some Tandoori spice, basil, pasta sprinkle, black pepper, white pepper, fennel seed, sage and some salt. It came out pretty good and we have a bunch left for tomorrow.
