Looking for Recipe - African Lentil

Hi. My mom is on vacation in California. She ate at a veggie

resturaunt. I was jealous, we don't have any in GR that I can find

right now. Anyway, she had a delicious dish - African Lentil. I

promised her that I would ask if anyone had one. . . I looked in the

files and didn't find one.

 

By the way, this group is awesome. I've enjoyed being here this past

month. I do have another question, if someone could answer, is it

okay to post recipes that I've tried and liked from a cookbook? I

would list the name of the recipe, the name of the cookbook, and the

author.
