Guest guest
These are very good. I took one burger, sliced it in half and placed each half on a tortilla along with some fresh jalp slices and a dollop of sour cream on each. Good stuff. I used 2 of the bigger cans of black beans because that's what I had on hand (20oz??). I'll use the bigger cans next time too. I'll increase the veggies and seasonings (which I had already but will increase further next time) to make up for the increase in beans and may even decrease (just a touch) the breadcrumbs. Since there were more beans the burgers were pretty big which is great. You can either do what I do and split a burger for two tortillas or have a traditional style monster (bean) burger.
