pineapple chicken and rice Thanks Mel

1 20oz can pineapple tidbits drained-reserve a good quarter cup

liquid

2 Tbs shoyu/tamari & 2 Tbs pineapple juice

 

Cook over low heat about 5 more minutes...add more juice if you

want more sauce. Serve with rice.

 

In all honesty - when I don't have veat on hand, I do pretty much

this same dish, just fried pineapple & rice - the kids just love it

& it is such a quick dinner!!
