Guest guest
Here's a change from the usual slaw. Very easy to make and it's a delight on a hot summer day. " Choy Slaw " 2 cups napa or regular green cabbage 2 cups finely shredded bok choy (I use the whole stalk with leaves and all) 3 chopped green onions Dressing ~~~~~~ 6 Tblspns. rice wine vinegar 2 Tblspns. olive or canola oil 1/2 tsp celery seeds 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika dash of sugar if needed to taste. Mix cabbage, bok choy and green onions in large bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients together and toss with cabbage mixture. Chill for 1 hour to allow bok choy to wilt a little and for flavors to blend.
