Guest guest
WOW! Thanks for all the ideas. I know about grilling fresh veg. My favorite is the little patty-pan squash. I plan on serving BBQ brisket & chicken for the carnivores. Potato salad, coleslaw, veg tray, fruit tray, cheeses, chips, etc. I will check the recipe files too. Guest guest
I wonder if it would be a good idea to place little cards next to each dish. It could list the dish name and also whether it is " vegetarian friendly " or " vegan friendly " . I know I'd like that on every menu in every restaurant, LOL. Guest guest
That is a great idea... You could list the name of the dish and what is in it. I am always asking what is in things if I can't tell by looking at it. Gayle
