This is a good one and there's a bunch of garlic it it also. " Savory Mushroom Spread " 2 Tblsp. olive oil 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped 2 Tblsp. minced onions or shallots 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tblsp. cooking sherry or seasoned rice vinegar 2 Tblsp. toasted almond slivers or pine nuts 2 Tblsp. sour cream or vegan sour cream salt & pepper to taste Heat oil in skillet. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Saute about 6 mins.on medium high heat. Add wine or rice vinegar and cook 2 mins. longer. Cool mixture. Remove to a serving bowl. Stir in sour cream and nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on baguettes or your favorite bread. " Don't ask for an easier life. Ask to be a stronger person.
