Guest guest
Too hot to cook...want something cold! Here's my latest " creation " : 2 cups dry multi-colored rotini pasta, cooked and cooled two green onions, sliced thinly handful cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or quarters as needed 1/4 cup diced zucchini 1/4 cup leftover baby corn, sliced 1/4 cup leftover straw mushrooms 1/4 cup sliced black olives (slice whole olives with an egg slicer) 1/2 jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces 1 stalk celery, diced ranch dressing lemon pepper garlic salt Vegit...all seasonings to taste. Toss together until well blended. Chill. This didn't all fit into the lidded dish I had for it, so I ate the remainder...delicious...can't wait to see how it tastes after chilled and flavors blend. Enjoy! Cat
