I just love that sprinkled over a sandwich, do you ever do that Chanda???? That was such a nice change than a vegetable sandwich with a few pathetic pieces of cheese. Here, there's not a single restaurant that carries frozen veggie burgers (have to go to Des Moines or Ames). How difficult would it be to keep them in the freezer?
