Guest guest
hee, hee...chanda...you're making me laugh! Sorry to hear about your Uncle, that Ensure is, well, ick.. I love homemade mac & cheese, what kind of cheese ya using? Your cherry tomato reference reminded me, dh took the kids to our local produce store - I tell you we are unusual, this is fun for them on a Saturday - they came home full of excitement and interesting foods. They got black grapes, that where so delicious - they found purple cherry tomatoes - purple green beans (they go green when you cook them, the kids think this is magic) and white green beans - white plums...then lots of other " normal " colored things. I think I'm going to make " chicken & rice " for our dinner tonight...I use veat chicken (I've mentioned it before, but no one else has, don't know if anyone else can find it) dice it up real small, saute it first, then saute onions & celery, make a gravy & add the chicken back in. I'll do the purple & white beans as a side dish. I think it'll go alright with the raisin challah! m
Guest guest
Melissa, I like the Veat chicken a whole bunch! I haven't tried any of their other products. I make " chicken pot pie " , just like my mother used to make us, only I use Veat! Melissa, do you have other recipes that you use Veat products? Tonight I'm making another of my " I don't know what it is yet " dinners. That's what I always tell my husband when I " m making a new recipe! It's Thanksgiving Loaf made with tofu. I thought it was from this list. I'll let you know how it turns out. Guest guest
Hi, I too use the Veat products. I like to saute it with garlic, and sometimes some fresh spinach and seasongs and then mix it with pasta. Sometimes I like to use chake and bake on it and bake it up.
