Yum, this sounds so delicious and also pretty!

i have a wonderful Asian dish that is similar

and in our files called Mahogany Eggplant.

If you want i can repost the recipe, but it should

be filed under side dishes.

 

Now i didn't realise the NFL started up this weekend!
