cast iron pan grilling

I have grilled eggplant in the house by charring it in my cast iron pan. Heat

it on high and char it in a dry pan, this also works in the grilled eggplant

recipe,You just need to cut the eggplant a little thinner, I know not everyone

has access to a BBQue grill.
