Mei-there's been times I've made a disaster, stood there looking at this glob

that took all my time to make, hungry with nothing else too cook up in the house

and thought. OK now you have to eat it before you toss it and what can I do to

improve this next time or should I just hide this cookbook.LOL I'm adventurous,

that's for sure.
