Guest guest
It has been too hot to cook that most nights i have been opting for sandwiches or just microwaving some soups from out of the freezer. Tuesday afternoon i had a wonderful sandwich from a local deli shop called Rosso's. It was made on a delicious foccacia bread with balsamic vinegar, sundried tomato spread [which was sort of like a rich tomato paste], loads of lightly marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and fresh mozzarella cheese. It was heavenly! Wednesday, i made a sandwich on a crusty French roll with Vegennaise mixed with spicy pico de gallo, vine ripened Roma tomato slices, sliced fresh mushrooms, dill pickle slices, and provolone cheese. Mmmmmm ~ pt ~ Only the curious will learn and only the resolute overcome the obstacles to learning.Ê The quest quotient has always excited me more than the intelligence quotient. ~ Eugene S.
