" Jicama Peanut Salad " 2 medium jicamas, peeled and sliced 1 red or green bell pepper, cut in strips 2 Tblspns. roasted peanuts 1 Tblspn. fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground chile powder juice of two limes 1/2 tsp. salt Arrange the jicama on a platter with the bell pepper strips and the peanuts on top. Sprinkle with the parsley or cilantro, chile powder, lime juice, and sea salt and serve. Take a bottle shake it up, break the bubble, break it up. Pour some sugar on me; Oh in the name of love.
