Cookbook Recommendation, if you enjoy Mexican food, this is the book!!!!

My sister bought this cookbook and hasn't had time to open it, she tossed it my

way for the time being,I have made a few dishes out of it. Wish I had time to

make everything. I highly recommend it. " A Taste of Mexico " vegetarian cuisine

by Kippy Nigh. She opened her first bakery in 1989 in Mexico City and in 1993

she opened a vegetarian restaurant in San Cristobal, Mexico and this book is

jammed with all her recipes. I'll post a few soon................Donna

Thanks for the recommendation. I love spicey food. Most of the mild Asian

inspired veggie food I've tried so far is far too bland! YUCK!

you need to try my Thai fried rice with broccoli and curry sauce!!

it will please every meat eater as well as vegetarians.

)
