Guest guest
While you are at the Asian store look for " hijiki " I'm sure you've eaten it and didn't know what it was. It's little dried sprigs, black in color. It's also a dried seaweed and used more by Japanese. It's wonderful as a topping on a bowl of steamed white rice with some finely diced cucumbers, radishes, green onions, sesame seeds( roasted), and a sprinkle of rice vinegar on top. Off to eat my leftover cold spaghetti..................I just love it cold the next day!!! " Listen to my bluebird laugh. She can't tell you why. Deep within her heart you see. She knows only crying.
