Hey, I was wondering where you've been J Lyn. Congrats! Enjoy your new place.

When you make brown rice fluff it with a fork when it's done. Steam the frozen

veggies and let them cool down and gently toss into the brown rice with your

spices. Did yours get gummy? That happens from the water content in the frozen

veggies when you add them in uncooked.

Was the rice salad with the wine good????? DonnaGuru.........LOL

I have not tried the Napa yet.

The rice did get a mushy and I did not like the taste. Thanks for the hints. I

may try that. I still have the rest of the bag left so I can do some more

experimenting.

 

Yes, I love my new place! It's bigger and more comfy. It has a fireplace (they

blocke dit up so it doesnt work anymore; however, you can still place candles

and that sort of thing in the harth. It is gorgeous! AWWWWWWWWWWWW.. ANd the

kitchen is bigger
