Guest guest
I made a batch of this cilantro pesto and it was so yummy. i used it to make pizzas (instead of tomato sauce) topped with onions, red bell peppers, artichoke hearts and black olives. I also served some of this cilantro pesto with tortilla chips to my hubby and his poker buddies last night...they loved it....it was gone in seconds. Texas Style Pesto 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper 1/4 cup toasted pecans 2 cloves garlic, peeled 1/4 cup lime juice 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup canola oil Prepare the pesto by combining all of the ingredients in a food processor. __ Start your day with - make it your home page http://www./r/hs
