Thanks Mel!

mostly I try to stick to regular sugar... although I've seriously been

considering kicking that habbit..or at least figuring out if I have

one! =)

 

About a year ago, I picked up a book called " sugar blues " ... it was

WAY too much for me at that point in time... we were moving to NYC

from LA and leaving all my friends behind... I didn't need another big

life change at that point... so I put it on the back burner.. Now I'm

unpacking from the move from NYC to DC>>> and , although a big change

is not really what i need... I know that the sugar thing is gonna be

something I'll have to and want to face sometime soon...

 

but not too soon! lol.. or at least, in baby steps! lol

jenni - I've been reducing my sugar intake over the last 6 months. (I

have a bad sweet tooth.) I have found that the less sugar I eat, the

better I feel, and the better I sleep at night!
