TVP/TSP and Cooking Slumps

Donna this sounds really good (and so does your Italian tvp recipe). I have

a boatload of tvp at the moment so this is perfect.

I actually made some sloppy joes that I had been craving. Bleh. I sauteed

some bell pepper, onion, garlic, jalp and potatoes (diced finely). I added

the tvp and added a can of Manwich sauce. The stuff was edible by itself and

sucked as a sandwich.

I'm currently in a cooking slump. Things aren't turning out right for some

reason. Raw beans aren't turning out soft, rice is turning to porridge and

sloppy Joe's are turning into crappy oh-no's...

Hopefully this recipe will turn the slump around! :)

Thanks,

S. " A Man which does not like Manwich "
