~ Thanks a bunch. i need to go to the store because

i am out of cumin right now, but as soon as i get

some i am going to try the first recipe. i need ideas

for ways to use the dried TVP bits since i have a few

bags of the Bob's Red Mill brand. These sound so easy

and delicious.
