I'm loving all the soup recipes, I just love soup - I'm eager to try all the new ones now! Can't say I'm crazy about capers, but am going to try them in that soup, perhaps I've just not had them in a way I like them yet?! Here's a quick cuke salad the kids love as a salad side in the summer.
