out in my freezer that i bought once on sale and have yet

to try it. i like your idea of cooking it with potatoes and onions.

my mom liked morning star sausage, gonna ask her if she is gonna make a

permanent switch. She has high cholesterol and the docs wanna put her on

lipitor. She refuses. I told her that I do not blame her, and she could maybe

control it with diet. How, she asked. I said to cut out the red meat and pork,

and stick to fish and skinless chicken, I know folks, I know that is gross, but

there is no way I am gonna convert her all at once, so at least cut out the cow

and pig, and I told her to not to eat processed and deep fried foods.

The woman will drive me insane, she says, " oh I don't eat that much red meat. " I

said yes ya do mom.

she argued with me, ok so last week she bought ground beef at the deli, ate

Mexican pizza (with gr beef) at taco bell two of the nights, and had STEAK on

eof the nights.

I told her, I don't want to hear another word about smoking until you do

something for yourself! LOL
