Wow. i just went to check it out on Amazon.com to

see what the customer reviews would be like, and

everyone gives this cookbook 5 stars; even non-vegans

and non-vegetarians! Now that is really saying something

for these recipes.

You're so welcome PT. I posted the cheesecake recipe several weeks ago. Not

sure it's in the files yet but you won't believe this thing and it's vegan. I'm

going to post more recipes from the book since I've tried several now either

from my cooking, or my sister cooking some out of her copy of the book, or some

of the food from the restaurant and by the way, all the menu items are in the

book. Being located by UCLA they have to put out pretty good food or they

wouldn't stay in business. Those places have such a high cost in the trendy

part of town that they have to have non-stop customers packed in there or they

wouldn't make it. If anyone want me to post something from a certain category

just let me know.............Donna
