Guest guest
> I freeze some herbs like chive and basil rosemary etc. in some water > in icecube trays, then just pop it out and throw it in the recipe. I do that too, Chanda! :-) Isn't it convenient? SOmetimes I'll also make an herb butter, or oil, and freeze that in the ice cube trays. I also buy a big bag on onions, chop them all in the food processor and pack them into ice cube trays. When they're frozen, I put them in an airtight container, and just pull out a cube or three when I need onions... saves me a *lot* of tears (onions sure do make me cry). SOmetimes I'll even freeze tomato sauce that way.
