Guest guest
I always felt fine wjem I smoked and could eat with a cigarette hanging out of my mouth, jog, hike, blood pressure has always been super low either way. It was just such a smelly habit and I had it give it up. I actually got sore throats and colds when I quit, sorry to say and my food didn't taste any better. I know it's so much better for us not to smoke but what a horrid habit to kick. It was like yoga for me, I enjoyed it so much. Sit and deep breathe and enjoy and think. Isn't that awful????
