Savory Seasoned SauceThis is so simple and yet so tasty. It's wonderful over

noodles, rice, veggies, pasts, baked potatoes,etc. " Savory Seasoned Sauce " 1/2

lb. firm tofu3/4 cup vegetable broth or water1/8 cup canola or olive

oil2 tblspn tamari, soy or Mrs. Braggs2 tblspn nutritional yeast

flakes1 tblspn dried basil or 2 tblspn chopped fresh basil2

tblspn lemon juice1 tsp Dijon mustard1 clove garlic This makes 2

cups. and takes 4 mins, to preparePut all ingredients into a blender or food

processor and blend.Warm and top on your pasta, rice, etc.
