Guest guest
Well, I tried lasagna in the crockpot and it ended up Italian gum.................Geez I soaked the crock for 3 days to get the mess out. I just do it easy with roll ups and the oven but I have done the microwave. I do 5 minutes then turn and lift the edges a bit with the knife and another 3-4 mins...........Donna subprong <subprong wrote:That sounds so good, Gayle! Has anyone made lasagna in a crockpot before? I was going to try that but I think Donnas excellent roll ups in the microwave (thank you to the person who mentioned that) would be an easier and quicker way. I've got 2 small glass dishes that I could probably fit 4-6 rollups (depending on the size). I don't " cook " with the microwave so does anyone have a suggestion as to how long to cook them in the sauce with cheese on top. The veggies are already cooked and so are the noodles so it sounds like it would just need to heat all the way through and melt the cheese. S.
