Kiwi Colada recipe post

These are yummy on a hot summer day or evening!

 

" Kiwi Colada "

 

5 peeled kiwi divided

3 cups ice

1/4 cup light rum

1/4 cup Midori (melon flavored liqueur)

3 Tabls. Cream of Coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

1 8oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

 

Cut 4 kiwi in quarters and place in blender. Set remaining kiwi aside.

Add ice and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Strain mixture through

a wire sieve into a pitcher and discard seeds.

Divide evenly between 6 glasses. Cut remaining kiwi in 6 slices, garnish each

glass with a slice of kiwi.

Makes 6 servings at 3/4 cup each
