Actually I don't boil my lasagna noodles. I just lay them right in,

dry, and make sure that I have enough moist ingredients. Then I cover

the casserole dish with aluminum foil and cook for about 50 min. The

noodles comes out great!

I got tired of cooking the noodles (hated the extra step) and my

sister told me that she never cooks them ahead. So I actually got a

good cooking tip from my sister! Of course I really prefer fresh pasta

and I used to get the good stuff from PastaWorks in Portland, OR. Oh,

I miss that place. One day I'm going to venture into making my own pasta.

I'm sure someone here has made their own pasta......Donna? Chanda?

Amy? Jenni? anyone?
