Yes, everything you need is in this wonderful book. I have used it over and

over again. Has a very useful area that goes into great detail about the

different types of beans, what wines to serve , conversion chart, falafel

recipe, all about sweeteners, goes over various vinegars, etc. There's also 350

recipes in the book also. It's called " The Whole Foods Market Cookbook " now it

didn't get the best reviews on Amazon but I have never cooked anything I didn't

like out of the book and my 3 friends owe it and agree..............Donna
