Guest guest Posted July 25, 2005 Report Share Posted July 25, 2005 Made this for dessert tonight and it was tasty, especially with the heat we've been having (seems like everyone is having). I had a container of melon I had balled up a while ago, and frozen because I couldn't use it all up when I bought it. Thawed it overnight in the fridge, put in a few spoonfuls of brown sugar and a big dollop of sour cream, then blended. It was yummy!!! I would have added some freshly minced ginger too, but that's one of the very few things DH doesn't care for... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
