PT's Brown Rice Att: Amy and PT

Amy, I made PT's rice for lunch, my friend doesn't like brown rice and he just

loved it this way and so did Mom. I made it like PT's recipe and I added some

roasted cashews and small bits of Hawaiian papaya and a few sprigs of cilantro

too. It was heaven on my plate. That rice is a keeper, better jot it down in

your personal cookbook.....................Hugs, Donna
