Guest guest
Hi Amy, This is what I have written down. After you cook one cup of brown rice, stir in one chopped onion, 1 clove pressed garlic, spoonful of peanut butter, sesame seeds and a little teriyaki or dipping sauce. I also added a touch of red pepper flakes...........Donna " Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most. Guest guest
wow this sounds so good! Years and years ago my Thai Aunt used to get her ground peanut from her local Asian market. When they went under she was unable to get the ground peanut anymore. My mom came up with the idea of using peanut butter instead, and jan-ya wrinkled up her cute nose at the idea, but after we tried it even she agreed it was very close, and she used it from then on instead of having to make the ground peanut herself, I am talking 1970's here. ) Next time I make rice I am doing this, thanks Donna!
