I like my brown rice with a little vegan margerine (or not, or olive oil) and granulate garlic (being lazy.. not crushing the fresh stuff) FLAX meal.. for the omegas. Walnuts (again.. omegas, with added bonus of CRUNCH!) nutritional yeast (b vitamins!) Braggs and now I added a little Tahini to it and it's a whole new dish.. Sometimes I put a squirt of yellow mustard in there too.. it is surprisingly good.. even though I first thought it sounded icky! =) jenni who is enjoying her rice RIGHT now! =) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
