Heck yeah, Chanda....check out " Vice Cream " by Jeff Rogers for loads

of vegan " ice cream " ideas.... I don't have the book (yet), but have

looked through it in the store...

 

One of the ones I make that is my DH's favorite is coconut sorbet. I

used a cann of light coconut milk, a tiny pinch of salt, and a couple

of tablespoons of sugar. Mix well, freeze, enjoy... :-) It's great

over chocolate cake, or with tropical fruits...
