Guest guest
Wanted to share todays " dinner " (though it was midday meal). I'd known there was a 100% veggie restaurant here in town but today was the first time I'd actually gotten a chance to go there. And it was fantastic! It was set up cafeteria style except everything is self serve...they have salad ingredients, breads, fruits, veggie side fishes, an entire potato section, desserts and every day there's a changing menu of a soup and two entrees. Plus smoothies and drinks. I got the entree #1, which was a tortilla potato mushroom (with other veggies) casserole with a bread roll. I wanted some strawberries but only had one to-go box and didnt think they would mix well travelling. But it's a restaurant, bistro and cafe and indoors so there's AC and a very relaxing atmosphere. And my meal was under 5E! Plus it was really filling. I'm going to try to go tomorrow for lunch and also at some point for just a fruit dish or dessert. So don't mind if I'm drooling for the rest of the week. Heh. -Katie , glpveg4life@a... wrote: > What is everyone making or having for dinner tonight?
