Guest guest
yes, that stuff is good... I prefer Tofutti cuties (the little ice cream sandwiches) In my opinion, the best ever is soy ice cream Soy Delicious Soy Decadence... OI! YUM! they have flavors like cherry Nirvana... peanut butter zigzag... oh they are delicious. WHolefoods now has a pretty decent soy dessert... it has live cultures (like in yogurt.. as an added bonus) and it's tasty! and there is also soy dream.... that's off the top of my head.. ,I still would love to make it at home. we make 'banana smoothies' almost everyday... I use frozen nanas... blended with vanilla soy milk.... it's also really good with chocolate soy milk.. the more frozen bananas added, the thicker it is... it can be made like ice cream that way.. especially tasty in chocolate! =) jenni who is going back to reading.. gosh that HP 6 is my favorite yet... =) On Monday, July 18, 2005, at 03:13 PM, Jiraph Wirpel wrote: > > > How about something along the line of: > http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B000329ZIS.01- > A3CDPEGSIQM61V._SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg > ? > =====
Guest guest
Hey there's my solution to my chocolate shake craving (choc soy milk)! Although my nausea is slowing down, for a while all I could eat was smoothies. I bought a cantalope and a bunch of peaches and cut them up and froze them. I add two tablespoons of a vegan protein powder, a banana (fresh or frozen), 1 c vanilla soy milk and the frozen fruit. Very yummy, settles my tummy and gives me the protein that I need. But I have been craving chocolate, so I may have to indulge in choco soy smoothies for a while! Denise , Jenni Billings <jenni@b...> wrote: > > we make 'banana smoothies' almost everyday...
