Guest guest Posted July 18, 2005 Report Share Posted July 18, 2005 heh im the same way. i can tolerate the milk here in germany a little bit more but still prefer soy milk over it any day. ive never made ic cream before but was looking into recipe a few months ago when my mom mentioned buying one in the future for us to make some and i found a lot of recipes where soy milk could be replaced for regular milk. and a lot of gelatins/gelattos that dont use dairy at all. so as far as i know you can replace it for any recipe but know that it'll have a little bit more nutty flavor (which if you're like me you may prefer anyway). good luck and if you find some good recipes that work out post em! -Katie , " PuterWitch " <puterwitch@c...> wrote: > I can't eat iced cream, or any milk for that matter.
