Guest guest
I agree. I'm normally good at choosing my 'moment' especially when its with sweets that are better for me or organic or whatnot. But I'm down to my last week and a half here in germany and have been more apt to eating the foods that I enjoy and worrying less about its effects. I'll have plenty of jogging and workout opportunities when I get back now that I've thrown out my running shoes and exercise mat here. I think the double ice cream day was the worst though, but not so bad if you consider ice cream sizes here (about half). Its been more drinking apfelschorle as opposed to water and eating my last choco bar (its so rich i can only eat a piece a day!). Today though I found a fantastic 100% veggie bistro/cafe/restaurant and had a delicious filling meal. And I'm definitely going back whether for meals, snacks or desserts...their strawberries looked delicous! -Katie , " organic_homestead " <organic_homestead> wrote: > I have held off so far, but with all this talk of ice cream I don't > know how much longer I'll last!
