I have held off so far, but with all this talk of ice cream I don't

know how much longer I'll last! On Friday, I was tempted to walk to

this cafe for a chocolate shake; but I waited, ate something else and

then it was time to leave work. Saturday night we were playing pool

and I wanted something to nibble on, so I decided to buy a bag of

chips. Oh, they had doritoes, funyuns, bbq; but I was good and chose

the Rold Gold mini-pretzels.

Sunday we drove to West Des Moines (1 hr drive), when we made our

usual pit stop I bought a bottle of water and almost bought an ice

cream cone, but held off knowing they full of fake stuff. We had a

good lunch, I had portabello fajitas (made them hold the steak).

Then at the movies, I really wanted pop corn; but instead I drank my

water and nibbled on a Harvest Bar later in the movie (we saw Batman).

I want to choose my bad moments wisely and I'm even more aware of what

goes into my body, so most of the time when I crave something bad all

I have to do is think about how really bad it is! If I could find some

organic ice cream, I'd eat that no problem!
