Hi Jenni, This is the book the cookbook the Krisha's gave me after spending a

day with them at their festival, changing me into a vegetarian. I noticed the

recipes don't call for garlic or onions, I usually add those by choice. I'll

have to post some of my favorites from the book soon. OK I will give this spice

a try. Thank you, Donna

Hing ~ also known as asefitida.. this spice is used in several of hte

recipes and can serve as a substitute for Garlic and onions, which are

not offerable to the Lord Krsna. Hing may be purchased at most Indian,

Chinese, or Middle Eastern Specialty shops.
