Guest guest Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 I don't cook really spicy dishes for myself but I make a lot of spicy food for friends, family, and my ex used to chew up jalapeno peppers raw like an apple. I usually mince serrano or jalapeno peppers and add ti dishes. If making rice i toss in at the end when it's cooling, I add to stir fries. I use red chili pepper flakes you can purchase in small plastic bottles in the spice isle. I will make pasta with salsa instead of pasta sauce on pasta.
