Guest guest
I just gave this a name. Was wonderful too. I had 3 coworkers finish it up my leftovers when I got in late today. This is an adaption made from Katie's posted recipe. 1 cup of your favorite chunky salsa (I used mild, I'm a wimp) 1/2 lb pasta (I used broken angel hair) 1 packed cup cilantro leaves 2 garlic cloves minced 1/2 onion in slices handful of walnuts 1 stalk celery chopped 2 Tablespoons olive oil season to taste with salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash red pepper flakes While pasta is about to cook start sauce. Saute garlic, onions, walnuts, cilantro, and celery in olive oil until onions are almost tender, add spices of your choice. Stir in salsa and heat to a boil, stir again and turn fire off. Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Serve. Add parmesan if you desire. " Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.
