Great to hear form you on here and thank you for the compliments. You have been

on my mind. I'm hoping your iron is up and your pain is down. If you want to

know how to cook something one of us will have the answer.LOL

Special K cereal has lots of iron and tastes great with rice or soy milk and you

can toss in a few raisins for a little extra iron. We talked about frozen

veggies as a snack food before you joined. Do you ever eat frozen peas as a

snack? One small serving has 6% iron. I love to munch on those...I know you

keep positive and work hard at trying to feel better. Thats a plus right there,
