Guest guest
LOL.. actually , the cornbread is seperate.. it's left over from last night. =) teh crispy tortillas are really easy. I used to call them tortilla pizzas. I've been making these since I was a little girl. I used to do two tortillas, but now I use one, and just fold it in half.. it's easier to flip that way. so.. I spread refried beans on a tortilla and crisp it in the frying pan ( no oil needed) ... the beans do not need to be heated because they get hot while the tortillas is cooking. that's the basic 'recipe " its even better when you doctor it up.. I add any or all of the following! salsa brown rice black beans soy cheese avocado soy sour cream chopped onions lettuce & tomatoes (I'd add those after it's all hot & crispy so they don't get yucky and wilty) hmm.. what else.. you could add corn really anything that sounds good! these are so yummy! and easy! =) jenni (we also love cornbread!!! had lit last night with homemade pea soup!)
