One of my favorite things to eat. It reminds me so much of growing up.

 

You could also make a veggie shepherd's pie (recipe in our files).

 

Ooh, and how about Bubble and Squeak? It's fried potatoes and cabbage,

and named for the sound it makes when cooking. Perfect when you have

left over potatoes and cabbage.

 

Hmmm, for dessert you could make a Victorian Sponge Cake. A simple

yellow cake (either one cut in half horizontally, or two), with your

favorite jam and fresh whipped cream in the middle. Sprinkle the top

of the cake with powdered sugar.
