Guest guest Posted July 11, 2005 Report Share Posted July 11, 2005 Scalloped Cauliflower Rinse and cut a head of cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Steam until tender. Meanwhile, blend 1 1/4 cups soymilk, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, a pinch (or more) of cayenne, 3 tbsp roasted garlic paste, 1 tsp dried thyme or " herbes de Provence " til smooth. Drain the cauliflower and place in an oiled baking pan. Pour the soymilk mixture over top. Sprinkle liberally with breadcrumbs. Bake 350* about half an hour, til hot and the topping is golden.
