Guest guest Posted July 6, 2005 Report Share Posted July 6, 2005 I would either use soy sour cream, or you could probably quite easily use soymilk.. or even better soymilk with a little apple cider vinegar.. maybe a tsp in one cup would make a thicker soymilk that should work! =) I'm surprised you haven't tried the flax egg replacement Donna, since you tend to swap ingredients around frequently =) I was doubtful at first, but haven't had any problems baking and so I'm vegan! hee hee!
